Information you enter in our form: name, phone, email, loan type, property type and state, estimated value or price, requested loan amount, and timeline. We also receive marketing source information (such as the campaign link you came from), your IP address, and browser details, which we use to measure campaigns and prevent abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your scenario, and match it with lenders and capital sources. If you proceed, we may share your information with those lenders and with service providers that help us operate, as needed to arrange your loan. We do not sell your personal information.

If you check the consent box, we may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any loan. You can opt out at any time by replying to an email, asking on a call, or contacting us below. We do not send marketing text messages.
